ARCHIBALD ONLINE SL (hereinafter, HEADPHONIAKS) is an audio company dedicated to the online trade and wholesale distribution of headphones and electronics related to sound.

Jurisdiction or Competent Courts

The parties, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, for questions that may arise or actions to be exercised on the interpretation of compliance or non-compliance with what has been agreed herein, expressly submit to the Judges and Courts of the city of Vinaròs.


The customer agrees to receive invoices and credit notes for their returns in electronic format.


All shipments to peninsula are made urgently 24 hours. The times shown are estimates, and start counting from the moment the order has left our warehouses.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made with Certified Insured Mail.

Only shipments to Europe CE.

The availability of the products will be clearly indicated in the web and the closing of the purchase will not be able to be made with a product that are not in stock at that moment if the opposite is not indicated in the product.

The customer will have 48 hours from delivery to check the integrity of the order and all components it includes. After these 48 hours the shipment will be accepted and no claims will be accepted for damage caused in transit.

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.

In case of receiving a product damaged by transport contact within the first 48 hours through info@headphoniaks.com indicating the order number and the problem. Similarly, it is advisable to contact the transport company to record the incident (MRW SPAIN: 902 300 400).


HEADPHONIAKS offers the possibility of returning products within the first 15 calendar days, for whatever reason, from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, provided that the conditions set out on this page are met.

The return will not be applicable to products which are ordered on request from the factory. Nor if they are limited or numbered editions when the plastic seal is broken 

Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established in Law 47/2002, of 19 December, amending Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, for the transposition into Spanish law of Directive 97/7/EC, on distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law to various Community Directives.

Products subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.

Products manufactured according to customer specifications, customised or clearly personalised orders, specifically assembled according to a personalised configuration. Products that by their nature cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Unless otherwise agreed, the provisions of the foregoing article shall not apply to the following contracts:

a) Contracts for the supply of goods the price of which is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
b) Contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly.
c) Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, that can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
d) Contracts for the supply of daily newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
To make a return you must contact us at devoluciones@headphoniaks.com and we will provide you with a return form. Once this request has been filled in, you will be assigned a return number and you will be provided with the details for the shipment.

All merchandise must be returned in full, in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Otherwise, HEADPHONIAKS reserves the right to refuse the return.

IMPORTANT IN EARS: For reasons of hygiene, in-ear earphones (IEM) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Likewise, products contained in sealed blister packs, such as memory cards or earpads, cannot be returned once the seal containing them has been broken.

IMPORTANT COMBOS: Products purchased in combination have a discount (headphones + player, headphones + amplifier, player + SD Card, etc.) or those resulting from a promotion (e.g. in every purchase over € 200 you take a headset). When one of the products can be returned (e.g. player) and another not (e.g. earphones in ear or memory card), the REAL price of the product not subject to return at the time of purchase will be used to calculate the amount of the return.


If an iBasso DX120 is worth 329€ and the option “+60€ iBasso IT01” is active, the offer of the set is 389€.

In case you want to return the iBasso DX120, the iBasso IT01 will be valued at its original price of 119€, being the return of: IBasso DX120 (329€) – Ibasso IT01 (119€) – Return costs (9€). Refund: 261€.

Returns must be delivered to destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.

Once the goods have been received and verified that they are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 15 days.

IMPORTANT: In the event that the return is made for reasons not attributable to HEADPHONIAKS, the buyer will bear the full costs generated by the return. In national shipments this amount will be 9€ (peninsula) and 14€ (Balearic Islands). In the event that a shipment by post is not collected and is returned to us, the cost will be € 10.

In no case the client will be able to use his own means to make the return.

If a customer makes use of the warranty and it does not proceed, either because the fault is not subject to warranty or because there is no damage and work properly, the customer will bear the costs incurred, which in national shipments will be 15 €.

IMPORTANT: If a product has obvious defects or is in poor condition due to transport (knocks, water, etc.), Headphoniaks must be notified in the 48H AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER. In this way we can claim it and replace it with another unit in perfect condition. Otherwise, Headphoniaks reserves the right to accept the return.

The accessories included with the products: covers, tips, cables, etc. can be replaced or eliminated by the manufacturer without prior notice. From Headphoniaks we commit ourselves to change it in the card as soon as we detect it.

The payments for returns will have a maximum term of 15 calendar days for administrative procedures, although we usually make them in no more than 7 days.

Assumptions in which we can not accept orders

Headphoniaks reserves the right to cancel any purchase (of an order previously accepted by us), without being responsible for any damage or expense, among others, in the following situations:

– The product is not available / there is no stock of the product (in which case you have the option of a refund of the amount of the purchase made or can wait until we return to stock).

– Your billing information is not correct or cannot be verified.

– Your order is flagged by our security systems as an abnormal or fraudulent order.

– We have reason to believe that you are under the age of 14.

– We have reason to believe that it has been done maliciously.

– The order is the result of an error in the shop system (misapplied discounts, unaccounted shipping costs, etc.).

– We were unable to deliver to the address provided.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product from this website, regardless of whether the product has been sold or not, removing or modifying any material or content from the website, or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

In the event that additional information or confirmation is required to fulfill an order and once requested there is no response within 7 calendar days, we will cancel the order and, if applicable, refund the amount.

If the order is at destination and after 7 calendar days it is impossible for us to make the delivery (the customer is not at home, does not respond to our communications, etc..) we will proceed to collect and refund the amount, except for the costs incurred (15 €).

Return conditions for distributors

Returns of material will only be accepted without unsealing and in perfect condition, during the 7 days.

Order cancellations will not be allowed after 1h. of the closing of the purchase as it will be assumed that the order has already been processed by the warehouse. For any doubt send an email indicating the order number to devoluciones@headphoniaks.com


If the order you have placed does not meet your expectations, you have the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with Article 71 Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws since you or someone authorized by you receives the package. HEADPHONIAKS voluntarily extends this period to 30 days.

To make it easier for you, from HEADPHONIAKS we will provide you with the form that you will have to send us. Once the reception of your request has been confirmed, we will proceed to pay you the amount paid by paypal, cheque or bank transfer within 10 calendar days from the reception of your withdrawal request, provided that the return of the product has been completed.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will imply the return of the price of the returned product and the original shipping costs. You will only have to assume the direct cost of returning the products.
